Established in 1996 by Lyn & Ian Furneaux

On purchasing our land at Ladys Pass in 1993 (previously used for sheep, cattle and cropping) we found
the ground to be in excellent condition, and although struggling during the extreme length of the
summer heat, our Lavenders adapted beautifully.
Our 38.5 acre property has several acres under Lavender, with over 4000 lavenders being planted from 1996
and more than 35 different varieties including English, French and Italian on display.
Our dried flowers and distilled Oil are produced from our many English varieties.
With a background in Soap manufacturing, we established our own products in 1996 beginning with
our very popular Lavender soaps, and now have a wide variety of products from which to choose.
From Mid October, many varieties begin flowering and continue through summer.
We hand harvest our Lavenders from December for dried flowers and also Lavender Oil distillation.
Incorporating a Tearoom and Gift Shop in 2001, the lifestyle amongst the Lavender plants surrounding
our home, combined with a small vineyard and a few Angus cattle, make our farm a wonderful place for you to visit.
